Cancellation Policy

We strive to be transparent and fair with our booking policies to provide the best experience for all guests.

Full Refund

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.

Late / No-Show

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Related

Safety first—inclement weather cancellations are at the Captain’s discretion for full refund or credit.

Refund Processing

All credits are issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Where to Park

You can park in the main lot at Thornbury Marina.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure time and follow the signs to the parking lot if the main lot is full, use overflow parking as directed by marina staff.  Once your ticket is booked we will be in touch to let you know where to meet the boat for pick up.
